High Steer Geometry With Portal Axles

The Ascent-18 features redesigned High Steer (HS) geometry that increases steering angle and improves clearance at the C-hubs. Combined with durable portal axles, it delivers greater ground clearance and reduced torque twist for confident obstacle crawling. Metal portal gears, ring gears, and pinion gears ensure smooth, consistent drivetrain performance on demanding trails.

Premium Drivetrain And Chassis Components

Aluminum chassis rails provide a rigid yet lightweight backbone for stable performance across uneven terrain. Ball bearings throughout the vehicle replace traditional bushings for smoother operation and increased longevity. Machined aluminum spools and 7mm wheel hexes help maintain constant traction while allowing compatibility with a wide range of aftermarket wheel and tire options.

Ready-To-Run With Trail-Tuned Electronics

The Ascent-18 comes fully equipped with a powerful 180-sized brushed motor and a precision Hexfly HX-M4K metal-geared micro servo for reliable control. The integrated ESC and receiver unit keeps weight low while maximizing chassis space. A 750mAh 2S LiPo battery, charger, and 2.4GHz radio system are included, so you can hit the trail immediately.

This place is awesome! They had just about every scale model manufacturer represented. Some of the decals in the huge drawers were out of production rare! The largest scale aircraft section between Little Rock and Kennesaw I have seen.
Half the hobby side is train stuff, and they have a large RC section. There was also a more thrift-type side that was interesting to browse. Just come and look!

Absolutely love this store. Am a kit builder and they have a wide collection of those, most any brand you can think of. I try and spend my money here as opposed to the almighty eBay or Amazon since I'd like to think I help keep this place open. All sorts and brands of paint to feed my airbrush. For non modelers, they have a phenomenal collection of RC, an inside slot car track, an offroad RC test track for smaller off road cars. An amazing collection of train models and trains. Ho type stuff. I'm not into those but they have a huge variety of this stuff. Then a bunch of collectibles and a card playing corner. Definitely worth a visit!
